\"\"<\/a>By the time my good friend Auto Publish has magically posted this entry on my behalf, I will be winging my way to luxury spa heaven for my regular recharge and decompressing break – as ever, I will have my trusty BlackBerry with me but my work phones are resolutely off (and for good reason, since they will be a couple of hundred miles away in my front room under the watchful supervision of the fishes) so calls will not be answered before Sunday.<\/p>\n

Emails will be checked daily, but time off means exactly that so please don’t expect a response immediately! I will be packed and heading over to Belfast next Monday morning as planned, rested, invigorated and very much ready to, er, roll. New Yorkers (if you’ve made it this far), please read my site and mail with your interest and you should hear from me by the close of the weekend – Thursday 8th is filling up already, so don’t dawdle! In the meantime (and having already come face to face with my old nemesis Zumba as well as an hour of Pilates today before leaving Scarborough) I will be spending the remainder of this week doing ab-so-lute-ly nothing.<\/p>\n
