Well as everybody should have noticed by now I’m home a couple of days early, having gritted my teeth and made the seven-hour-in-the-end journey to Edinburgh through hell and high water (or Darlington and Durham, as they are also known) on Tuesday. Upon arriving and having developments from back at the ranch relayed, decisions had to be made and Glasgow is unavoidably cancelled – sorry everybody!<\/p>\n
I’ll be back in February, but the necessity to not be stuck hours away from home meant that some had to miss out, and whilst fortunately I’ve had a lovely couple of days (and the weather in Edinburgh is freezing cold but otherwise beautiful, for the benefit of readers in England) I’ll be back in Scarborough shortly as a result, although I will not be available now before Monday at the soonest and the phone will remain off.
